But you can't bet, because they haven't.
There are some people who need to anticipate these kind of problems - however they aren't going to do it here; so all we can do on WIX is either a) stow it and respond when required, or b) screw up some developing goodwill because we need to mouth off.

Let's give the NHC a chance. There's a new sheriff in town and the whole leadership has dramatically changed with a new direction and philosophy. Let's see how the first few cases go before we bash the newly organized NHC. They might just surprise everyone!

Right but these are the problems of the old admin. The new guys are trying to change that, and I think that we should at the very least give them some time and see what they can do. Instead folks just keep on bashing them. At that rate there will never be a good relationship between people.

very good. But as Mustang Driver's said, let's just see what comes up. Those that are negotiating with the NHC don't need us shouting off about things.

Well, I'm keeping an open mind, and I hope they surprise me by actually doing what they say they will. It'll be a first for the Navy imo.
I can't trust them ever since they begged me to go to Taiwan with them for Cobra Gold and said I'd be living in a hotel on the beach and flying into the exercise every day. I have never trusted those guys since then.
I wasn't expecting but a room with a cot and a dry place to store my electronic gear, but I ended up sleeping in the mud during a Taiwanese rainstorm. Talking about building ill will, I literally had to hold onto a tree all night to keep from washing down the trail
It ruined my camera and of course they wouldn't replace it, which meant I had to beg the Army for six months for a new one
What's sad it they expected me to go the next year and I told them to piss up a rope and they got MAD at me and called Seoul, who also told them to piss up a rope. It sort of ruined relations in the Pacific for a couple of years for APAO and NPAO.

Numerous warbird deals have been screwed up due to ill informed speculation on websites.
Is that enough for you? Trust me. Sometimes it's better to keep quiet.
And, yes, I'm not going to give chapter and verse on those.

I know of one that is EXTREMELY rare, but has virtually disappeared off the face of the earth and is probably not going to be restored because of internet speculation.
