Somebody needs to get some pics!
The MiG-29s at Nellis (static display, not flying) are ex Moldovian aircraft. There are no Flankers at Nellis.
Does that mean the MiG-29 at the NMUSAF is really ex-VVS?

TAC AIR currently operates 5 types of aircraft; the L-29 Super Delfin, L-39, Mig-15, CF-5D and SU 27 Flanker. Our pilots are the most highly trained and experienced aviators of any company in this industry. TAC AIR aircraft are also available for commercial leasing opportunities.
TAC AIR currently operates three aircraft types; a significantly upgraded version of the Aero Vodochody L-29 Delfin, the L-39 and the latest versions of the MiG-17 produced in Poland (Lim-5 and Lim-6).

Interesting.
They seem to tell two different stories on their own website, thoughTAC AIR currently operates 5 types of aircraft; the L-29 Super Delfin, L-39, Mig-15, CF-5D and SU 27 Flanker. If they're able to get an import license for and -- more importantly -- actually be able to fly and maintain a FLANKER, then good on them. That would be pretty cool.

Thanks
There's a thread here somewhere in the archives that has more info on those Su-27's. One of our forum members, Hogdriver44, is with the organization that is restoring/reassembling the Flankers. He also posted some pictures of those aircraft in the thread. I've tried looking for it, but can't seem to find it.
