Yes that is the one. He had actually touched down at another airport when the gear broke but was able to take back off and go to Norfolk where they have better facilities. I will say that that was one of the weirdest sites I have ever seen, the gear was hanging down and the tire was turned 90 degrees from the way it was supposed to be.
