I had a meeting Saturday morning at the Harley Davidson dealership that's just east of the airport. Luckily I was sitting facing a window that looked out at the airport. I loved watching the bombers taking off. I got really lucky that as soon as the meeting ended and I walked outside, the P-51 flew by. First time I've seen a razorback P-51 flying. darn that thing looked awesome! I think I like it much better than a bubble top. And there's nothing like the sound of getting buzzed by a Merlin!
