Richard,
Fantastic photos - as always!! I particularly like the Thunder Over Michigan photos, but I may be a little biased. I was in Take Off Time during the flight to Michigan! That was a trip that I will always remember. One of my best times in the air.

Early production F4F-3 and -3A models did not have folding wings. Folding was added in the F4F-4 and added weight but allowed more Wildcats to be onboard each carrier.
