There seems to be some confusion here with different sources?

I received via the post an old 1956-57 edition of "Air Progress"
which ran an in-depth article on the film. It states that the
three B-1's were msn: #153, #159..thats okay, but the third was
#163, no mention of #156?

The FAA website sure enough says #156 (N7209) as belonging
to James Stewart, even though the above article says #163???
Is #163 a typo??

I definitely remember that Jimmy Stewart purchased one of the replicas after they finished the film.
