here's a post-war shot of some Bf-109E-3's in flight.

During September 1944, after some incidents with USAAF escort fighters (P-51's, what else...) all Swiss AF aircraft received the so-called "Neutrality scheme" which consisted of white noses, and red/white bands around fuselage and wings - during the war, the Swiss insigna was also on the fuselage - postwar, the Swiss insigna and the red/white bands on the fuselage were deleted, as was the white nose, but the bands on the wings (upper and lower surfaces) were retained.

This photo shows J-397 which was built up from spares in 1945, plus J-325, one of the first Bf-109E-3's delivered in 1939.

to give some idea on the postwar color scheme - here's another photograph, showing a D-3801 (licence built and improved MS-406C)

Martin, The 109 I referred to was marked 'J-311'.
