Wow, those pictures are great.

I refer to them as being from the "good old days" which I was too young to even experience, but they just seem better than nowadays.

Why is that though? There are probably far more warbirds in flying condition now than there was back then. Maybe it's the rules and regulations governing airshows that has changed. Maybe it's airshows becoming more business and less "good 'ol fun." Maybe it's gas prices.

Or maybe it's the pictures of the Mosquito in formation with a Lanc.
