Correct me if I'm wrong Brad, but weren't the MkIIB's only assembled in Canada from NAA Inglewood supplied kits? I thought the only Harvards actually "created" from nothing in Canada were the CCF Mk IVs.

Don't know who Brad is, but the IIBs were built/assembled by Noorduyn Aviation in Montreal and did not have North American Aviation serial numbers like the II and IIA. The Harvard 4 also used a substantial amount of spare parts built by NAA in their construction. Don't have any idea of the percentage though.

I'll have to re-read my copy of HARVARD! The North American Trainers in Canada http://mars.ark.com/~dcf/harvard2.html

Sorry - my mistake. So that is a MK II series part number then?
