Hi,

With enough money and a lot of talent anything can happen. The B-24 displayed at Hill Field was built from a Privateer fusalage and the wrecked remains of a B-24 recovered from Alaska. There has been some B-24/PB4Y2 parts for sale on barn stormers for several weeks.(remains of the Hill Feild project)So its hard to say but if the right person with deep pockets wants one it could be done.
6trn4brn there is a lot of knowlege here and we all have learned from it, but watch out for the"experts"they are the true know it alls  Many of these"experts" had the same thoughts about my project, Its a total loss, you can't rebuild an airplane thats in that bad of condition, ect. ect. ect. So don't be offended by others opinions thats what makes the WIX board what it is! :D Post away if you have questions there are lots of knowledgable folks out there that can help out, just beware of the "experts"

Thanks Mike

is that nose art on the model a decal or hand painted??

I think both are decals. I remember seeing the first one on a modeling forum awhile back..it's a 1/48 Koster conversion. I'd love to find those "Accentuate The Positive" decals in 1/72!
