Minor correction. Kermit's Vega is a real one, painted as the Winnie Mae. The real Winnie Mae is with NASM-Dulles. The Ford Museum has another Vega, not painted as Winnie Mae.

Thanks for the report. Were you the person that asked what to see in Fla a couple of months ago? I thought he was from UK. And did your lady like the trip? It is great that the White One folks have a original BMW engine, that will quite the sensation when it flys. I sort of like the race type paint on that Spitfire, it seems there was a XVI in England painted about like that, but it did not seem to fit as well.
