Thanks everybody!!....didn't think it would get that kind of response!!! I am making several videos for our upcoming groundschool so there will be "more to come". I've been spending long hours in music stores though trying to find the perfect songs. Stay tuned!!!

Nice work Jim!! Maybe Foo Fighters Learning to Fly would work well for another?

I gotta start bringing a camcorder out to the shows we do.

That is a fantastic video! Really well done. My girlfriend even liked it! Mind you she already likes airplanes, but still :)

Were some of those shots done along the Oregon coast? I'd be curious to know where those three planes are stationed (B-17, B-24, and B-25).

None-the-less, I can't wait for your next video posting.

Cheers,

David

The aircraft are stationed in the Continental U.S.,... literally. They are on the road for 9 months out of the year.

Winter maintenance is done at New Smyrna Beach, Fl at American Aero Services.

David, I think some of it was shot during May 2006, when the Collings Foundation were touring thru California. Jim very kindly managed to schedule me to ride in all three airplanes over two days out at Hawthorne.

See if you spot the familiar landmarks with my personal tribute to that man Harley.
