Great to see so many changes to the Pensacola museum since I was stationed there! LOVE that they have the D-558-1 up on the wall!! Last I saw it it was stored over in one of the other hangars with a bunch of other stuff, pre-Hurricane Andrew.

Anyone have any info on the 'cut-away' PBY fuselage? Is that the one that was build 'into' the side of the survival school building back when I was there?

Great stuff. I love the home front section at P'cola. Tremendous attention to detail. Oh yeah, the planes are pretty cool too :D

Yes, the cut-away PBY is the one that was removed from a training building on PNAS several years ago. It was refurbished and put in the museum.
