I've never seen a Jenny with valve covers on the engine, that's why I was asking.

These are all Ride Toys for little kids, they are big enough for kids to either get in or ride on, my mistake I should have put something in the pic for scale, they look very small here but are about 3 foot long, 18 inches high

Yeah, nice museum indeed ! Was there a few years ago and got a page on my web site. Nice to see it in summer, I was there in winter and it was rather chilly in some of the hangars !

They do have a nice collection, don't they ?

Nice pics anyway, tks for sharing and the memories !

They have got to get that Connie in the hangar ASAP! It looks like a real step in time and the interior looks great. They could put plent of aircraft underneath its wings as it sits so high on its gear.

The tail with the german swastika looks to me like a very late Me-109G, like a dash 14 or something. It has the higher vertical fin and the fin was made of wood construction. Maybe it's one of the Buchons that has disappeared over time, since the BoB filming.

I never would have thought to use a "space saver" spare tire as a mainwheel on an aircraft!

All has been explained except the markings on the tail, "Museum Personal Chef Dave Mouser." Was that really written on Hartmann's 109? :?
