Long range forcast is looking good, but as we all know..........anything can happen.

You know the best thing about days like Saturday is that you don't have a lot of gawkers there cluttering up good photos. The F4-U could be right on a carrier deck in the Sea of Japan circa 1952 and the C-47 with the C-54 could be anywhere in England circa 1944. I'll take rain(snow) anytime(just will someone tell me how to keep my lens from foging up!).

Keep you're durned snow up there! Snow means I have to go to work at all hours of the day or night to plow. :axe:

while we don't have temperatures where snow is even a regular thing anywhere near where I am I have run across the lens fogging problem before.

for me the answer was reasonably easy, tripod, hold breathe, press shutter. or the other time it was a case of take the pic quick. last resort was to have the scarf right up over the mouth where it sort of disperses the warm moist air so it wouldn't get to the lens ( had a small niggle with the viewfinder that time though ).

Rain & Gray. I will give you that. That is what most Americans think weather in England is like all the time. I wish that picture had about 12 more C-47's in it. The title could be "June 5th".
