PBY-5A landing gear failure Oct. 31, 2025 with no injuries

This just turned up yesterday. Aparently no one was injuried in the accident.

That depends, not if they had a nose gear issue!
Actually, I hope it was just a nose gear collapse as the outcome of that is relatively benign. There is a quite a bit of metal on the underside of a Cat so you can get away with scraping off a bit, and it will not have led to any shock loaded engines I guess.
