Mystery A-26 at Oakland, Sept. 1961: N3463G(?)

Something I found while looking for something else:

Scroll down to the third photo and you'll see this:

I'm guessing the reg might be N3463G because it fits in with several other Invaders registered N34__G back then? (Today '63G is a Cessna 310.) Geoff Goodall has nothing with this number, nor does Baugher. Over to the experts!
P.S. Keep scrolling and you'll see some other goodies, including an unmarked/unidentified Corsair.
