Someone sent me an anonymous snail-mail envelope with photocopies of several pages from a c.1941 scrapbook showing photos taken at Rio Hato, Panama, attributed to Lt.Col. Charles Kittel, who was apparently a radio operator at the time. Does anyone recognize that name or admit to sending the Xerox's?
