Hi All,

I am, without a doubt, the most remedial tech learner ever! I've managed to create an account and upload some OSH photos at photobucket.com, but haven't even the slightest clue how to post them here.

Whoever can help (remember, I'm a SLOW LEARNER) will have the satisfaction of helping other WIXers experience OSH 2004.

It was a good idea, it just didn't work.

Once you have the images uploaded to a hosting service, all you need to do is cut and paste the url to the image and wrap it in a pair. for some examples look at the Image section of the phpBB FAQ.

If you happen to use Mozilla Firefox as your browser, there is a handy extension called BBCode that will add a context menu entry to automaticly create image tags, and links from the clipboard.

Thanks DJ... I've tried posting a few photos under the "Oshkosh" thread. You can continue the tutorial over there!

It was a good idea, it just didn't work.

Under the pictures on photobucket you'll see three code otions, one already has the img tags in it. Just cut and past the entire line into the message. Once you sort it out it's amazingly easy, to the point that when I post messages I use photobucket even though I have web space to host from.
