Hey guys, I know its been a while, I just saw the comments about wanting to see more photos.
My grandfather Anthony Donato, who helped the pilot Lt. Earle and the P-47 "Patty" passed on Monday 6-20-16.
He was my hero and an amazing man. if you would like more info PM me.

Thanks for the pictures and the post.
I'm sorry for your loss.
No doubt, having him in your life, made it that much the richer.
This also makes it harder to say goodbye.

My deepest condolences to you and your family for your loss. My Grandfather was larger than life for me as well. Thank you for the pictures and my thanks to him for his service...
