Yeh! :-) In fact, it was my attempting to identify that airplane that led me to WIX in the first place.

One of "Those" Mitchells would be reference to a Doolittle Raider 25 I'd imagine.

Oh, I see. I know of the Doolittle Raiders. I thought perhaps by "those" Mitchells you were suggesting that a group of B-25s were confiscated by the Chinese when they kicked the Americans off the base after WWII (and after the Revolution).

I have no way of knowing if those B-25 parts are associated with the Doolittle Raiders or not.

You mean Doolittle? Lots of B-25s flew in the CBI theater. Fat chance that's something from a Doolittle bird. But I like your thinking! :lol:
