This year’s event will headline Sons of Legends aerobatics by Matt Younkin in the Traveler Mystery Ship and Kyle Franklin in the Super Waco. The show will feature four other aerial acts including Gene McNeeley from Team Aeroshell in his AT-6 Texan. Don Nelson returns with his high energy Sukhoi SU-26 and Gary Miller introduces his act in his AT-6 Racer. The Air Force’s Air Combat Command is sending their “West Coast A-10 Thunderbolt II Demonstration Team” which will be joined by a WW II P-51 Mustang.
In addition to this world class air show there will be a TBM Avenger, Torpedo Bomber and other WW II era radial planes parked along side great planes from the ‘20s thru the ‘50s. The show will start with sky divers, have radio controlled plane demonstrations, a major car show, many vendors and exhibits. The exciting day will start with a 5K run/walk and will end with a movie quality WW II reenactment battle with live pyrotechnics
