It looks and sounds to me that the pilot did a masterful job of keeping his/her composure and saving that airplane from a possible disaster.

And the A/C did fine job of keeping her pilot alive! Poor aircraft, but looks repairable- hopefully he didn't overstress the wing in the mounting area...
