I was checking out the Bobcat northwest website today and was pleased to see a shot of the seldom-seen McCord AFB B-23 bomber (albeit in the background) on the opening page:

I have seen these planes (they have a B-18 too-- right?) from the air flying into Seatac, but unfortunately have never been able to get onto base to check them out...

..and, unfortunately, like most military base museums in this day and age, unless you can prove 327 years continuous USAF service, bring both sets of grandparents, and your retirement/active duty I.D. 'you ain't gettin' on the stinkin' base 'kuze hower we tuh kno yaint wun oh thm thar tearawrist?'
It's like knowing that the Mona Lisa is locked up in some clowns rumpus room for only him to appreciate- :x :evil: :x

Yes, A B-18B converted back to an A. Tho, their news shows her in the collecton and still in
Resto too..but no current status. But, they do indicate the B-18 wil remain in the hangar for
display...no complaints here... she looks Sweet!:D The '23 should be inside as well! Tho, I'm kinda biased.. :roll:
