Probably not what you want, but wasn't there a company advertising in Trade-a-plane, offering large size U.S. markings?

Short of this, maybe a T.O. would be of help?

Saludos,

Howdy Broken-Wrench,

I don't know if these guys will have the size you want but you could give them a shout. They advertise in every issue of the Stearman Restorers Association magazine (The Flying Wire).

They say they do all kinds of military "stencil" style paint masks, nose art, N numbers, etc.

Burbank Sign Co. (1-800-790-1941).

I must add that I have no experience with their work whatsoever though........

Good Luck!

Steve

Thanks! I've been building a paint booth in the basement and wanted to practice! It's been a little while and thouight I would make some hanger art in the process. MY shop is really coming together! Any commuter airline would die for all the stuff I have! This in turn will make any project easy in turn!
