Thats nothin! My old cat liked to hang out on the top of the garage doors when they were open. My dad came out to shut the door and wouldnt you know it, Seymor used up one of his lives! But he had a long and loved life after that!

Good to hear your feeling more at home Jack!

Jack, I just want to tell you how I am so happy for yall! You have held up like a true trooper thru all of this, & I could only hope to do half as well as you should I be in the same situation. A lot of us have never met face to face on this fine collection of a merry bunch of nut case's, but we seem to have a pretty good mutual bond for the most part. I think I can speak for the most of us, & I just want to say we love you buddy, & thank GOD things are coming back together for you & your wife & kitty. It can only get better from here so I wish you all the best of luck getting everything back to as close as can be to normal. :D
P.S. my cat was watching me write this so the kitty had d-mn sure not be left out of this post
My Best Regards
Robbie

I haven't been on WIX much recently, but while trying to play catch up a little I saw this thread. I am so happy to hear that you are back at home and that all of the pieces are finally coming together. I am sure being home is wonderful. All my best to you and yours.

Glad to see you and your family are recovering. I know the feeling from 7 years ago, and I also know the value of true friends that stand by in times of crisis...May you and your household be blessed from this day forward

Our fence is going up now so I'll take some photos
when it's done with Louie or Lucky Lou has the neighbor
kids call him. One time I drove off with him on the cab
of my truck and went at least a mile before he slid down
windshield when I braked a little too hard
He maybe down to 2-3 lives

What a crock! I'll give thanks when Jack can post some P47's from the 60th FS in Burma 1945... Always ETO...c'mon. Bring out the photos from the other box.

Actually, Jack. I look forward every day to the next contribution. You are a cornerstone of this forum and should be named the "Official WIX Historian".

To have survived the ordeal of '07 is testimony to your resolve. To see the committment of the WIX family a testimony to the appreciation of the WIX family.

May your future never again see such turbulence! 8)

Thanks, Jack!

Did you ever think that Louie might have started the fire to get back at you for running over him? You just can't trust them cats.
