Hello,

Kinda silly question but does anyone have any current news on Vern Raburn? He used to own the C-121 Connie and fly it at the Wings of Eagles airshows at Elmira NY. I was always impressed at his display of the Connie.

I know the Connie was sold to Korea but was wondering what his current status was in the airshow world..

Thanks,
Nathan

Vern spoke at the New England Air Museum last spring, but I was unable to make it. I'm not sure if he still owns any warbirds, but I guess the Eclipse is keeping him pretty busy.
Best of luck, Vern.

I know vern rayburn... He gave the wife and I a ride in the Eclipse when he was in town tfor the AOPA expo.. The only warbird aircraft he spoke of to me was his L-39. I hope to get a Eclipse in the 3 year time frame. Warbirds are to much work. If it doesn't burn jet A I don't want it.
