Anyone recall a big CAF Airsho held in Denver around this time? All I recall is getting out of a car and walking across the street to my house near Bromwell elementary school near Cherry Creek when this MASSIVE formation of warbirds comes straight for me, led by a B-17 with planes on both sides-could'nt tell you what kind, just ALL kinds.....obviously a formation designed to get the attention of the local residents and get them out to the airshow....anyone know where it was held and would anyone POSSIBLY have pics of the show or the flyovers? Long shot, i know, but what the heck....
