Using more of Tom Roberts' donated the photos I have created Mystery Album #6.

You can find the album via...

http://www.aerialvisuals.ca/Mystery.html

...or go directly to it at...

These were definitely taken at another early Gennie show. Just the two pics and the Valiant is familiar to us. Perhaps they belong with one of the other sets of photos, but the photo paper was different.

Teasers below. When did the L-bird first show-up at Geneseo?

Mike

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

No idea on the date but the BT-13 is N8527P and the Aeronca L-3 is N39351.

Thanks.

I don't have N39351 in my notes. Was it a regular at the Gennie shows?

That's the NWM L-3B... still owned by them. I believe it was the one that took a tumble in a freak windstorm on the tiedowns at one of the shows... and that was in the early 90's... and it is under rebuild now. The show must be pre-1990 I'd say. I am going to run a guess at 1986 as the BT-13 has it's old paint (the new paint can be seen in the hangar shot of the album I ID'd as 1987 in the posts today).
