It would be neat if they could restore that B-50 and display it with the B-29. That would make an interesting "side-by-side"...

I'd love to see that B-50 restored too. I love those B-29s but B-50s are just as cool. Are there any B-50s flying, or at least flyable?

None that I'm aware of...and very few exist at all... :cry:

Thanks, the pic of the Globemaster reminds me of the one I took of my late uncle in front of it, I can see him there, even though it's not my pic.

Does anyone know why some of the props are feathered?

They were likely installed in the feather position and just not taken out of feather once they finished the installations. Just a guess on my part though.
