I've been meaning to post this earlier but I guess I'm getting lazy in my old age. Sam Richardson sold his R-2000 YAK-11 #29 N11MQ to a buyer in Germany (yes Germany). I've heard rumoring they plan on flying it across the pond. I just wonder where they'll put the gas???

Jeff and I are planning a full court press to get him in a T-6. Sam Richardson without a warbird is like a Texan without white bread! Isn't that about right Brad? Now that my computers fixed and I've only got a 6 day work week I'll be around more.

Sam was really into his Seabee's when we visited about a month ago. Had around 3 airframes, one complete and two in various stages of rebuild or storage...his hangar is right near the Lacey Bomber cockpit section...or what is left of it.
