Anybody have any pictures of these aircraft? Also, does anybody know what happened to them when Rhodesia ceased to be.

I'm especially curious about the armaments, specifically the overwing gun pods.

Scott,

No photos I'm afraid. However, you might want to check out the book Rhodesian Air Force: The Sanction Busters by Winston Brent.

Incidentally, the RhAF received 21 FTB.337Gs in 1976/1977. Some are still in service with the current Air Force of Zimbabwe. At least two former USAF O-2As were transferred to Zimbabwe during the mid-1990s. According to http://www.scramble.nl/zw.htm, some FTB.337Gs and O-2As are currently operated by No. 4 Squadron from Gweru-Thornhill, while the National Parks Board are also said to operate O-2As.

Regards,

Jan

Do we have any pictures?

I read what was on this page and it looks like it could be a neat Mixmaster.
