Douglas M-2 mailplane/NASM

For those of you who keep track of such things, the NASM has moved the Douglas M-2 mailplane from the main museum on the national mall to Udvar Hazy in Virginia. No reason for the move was given by the NASM in the electronic e-newsletter I received today.

I think that gallery it was in is being completely re-worked. I seem to remember reading something about that...

Hopefully the next plane to be moved from the museum on the mall to Udvar Hazy is the B-26 "Flak Bait"!!!
