I had a request for information from a friend of mine. His organization has aquired a drop thank that has been a local lawn ornament for as long as I can remember(40+yrs) and they are trying to ID it(manufacturer-type acft used). Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a 110 gallon tank as used on 51s and P80s. Didn't they use those for Napalm as well?

The tank looks a lot like phots I have of P-51 tanks, except the tail end is quite a bit longer than the 75 gal models. The later F-82 type are long but taper more so they are more streamlined.
