This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

For all of those who, publish their pix here and say something like :
"my pictures are not as good as . . ."
Please guys, do not put yourselves down!!
You are sharing with us, who cannot be at those shows, with impressions that we would otherwise not see.
So what if the color is off, or the angle is not perfect?
Not everyone is a pro, and I for one, am really thankful to see y'all's pictures and thank you for sharing them with us / me.
One thing I have learnt (learned?) through my years of photo shooting, is that the pros also mess up, and will only show you their best shots, but you will never see the stuff out of focus or with the poor composition. : )
Sooo, keep them coming, the good, and the not
so good, I love each and every single one of those pictures!
Saludos,
Tulio

Good point Tulio. To that point I recently took posession of a number of Warbird photos from the 1980s and 1990s. I will eventually have them scanned and posted for all to see (it is a big job). The scans will be made from prints, so the images won't be sharp, but since we can't travel back in time, I think everyone here will be quite interested.

Well said Tulio. There is no better way to see warbirds from around the world or from the past. It's the effort and passion taken to shoot the pic that counts.
Cheers
Andy
