airport ID on B-17 pictures

A couple of questions if I may; (1) can anybody ID the airport in the first picture and (2) on that particular model of B-17, was there a seat behind the pilots seat? I can't tell if someone is sitting there or just bent over looking out the window. Thanks.

Mike, I fat fingered my questions into the wrong topic. I meant it to go into the one above titled "While Doolittle was heading to Japan in 1942", the one with all the B-17 pictures in color. My apologies.
