status of a C-123 PROVIDER/54-0592 ? NY based?

I was looking over how many C-123's were flying or have flown. I was surprised that there was several flying at airshows besides Thunderpig just a few years ago.

What's the current status of PROVIDER/54-0592? A photo shows it at an airshow in 2003?

I think Thunder Pig is the only one flying.
