Thanks Mike. I have seen those fantastic clips before, and have been right through that archive.
What I am looking for is the photos taken on Torokina of RNZAF P-40s in 1944 in vivid colour. We have a couple of them, but there must surely have been more taken there that day, or better copies of these ones. I'd love to see more. Here are the ones we know of.

If you Google "RNZAF Torokina" and click on Images there are several color pictures on various websites.

Maybe Google Image search works differently for you than it does for me, but all I get is one of the photos I posted above plus a well known and often published colour shot of a P-40N taking off from Torokina, that is often published the wrong way around. Other than that the only coloured photos I see are a load of colourised photos and Flight Sim screenshots.
