Dear Friend,

As we welcome the new year, Planes of Fame Air Museum is excited to officially announce its expansion to the Santa Maria Airport. The new auxiliary museum will break ground in 2023 and we hope to open to the public by 2025. To learn more and sign up for updates related to the project, please visit: www.pofsantamaria.org

Thanks to a generous benefactor, every gift to the expansion project will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $1,000,000.

You can double your impact now with a gift to the Planes of Fame Air Museum - Santa Maria Expansion Project.

Every $1 you give becomes $2 with this limited gift matching opportunity.

Our goal is to raise $12 Million for Phase One of the project. To date, with the help of our leadership donors, we have raised just under $7.5 Million toward the project. You can make an immediate impact today with a tax-deductible donation of any amount. And remember, every dollar you give is matched!

Donations will be matched through February 28, 2023; it is critical that we take advantage of this opportunity.

Please consider taking a few minutes to make your gift now.

Thank you for your support,

Planes of Fame

As a reminder, there was a previous thread on the subject. Also, it is worth noting that the idea of a move was being mooted as early as 2017 according to a news article and another thread.
