Hrm... DC-4 seems likely to me as well. I was tempted to say DC-3, but I think they're off the same plane, so it's got to be a DC-4. Bigger question is - which DC-4?

They look like the same hardware, but the shapes are different. Unless that’s a passenger door built into the cargo door as part of a conversion to civilian. Not factory.
