Merry Christmas all

Does anyone have info on what became of the P-47N fuselage in the Walter Soplata collection?

Thanks Glen

Hot off the WIX Press, a shell of a fuselage that a guy with a P-51 may have bought.

The fuselage is fairly complete but was missing the turbosupercharger and it's components. The rest is all there. It doesn't have wings or landing gear. The project also included a nice set of engine cowlings in original OD, a canopy, some early R-2800-CB3 engine cores and a few other spares. It has been moved out of the Soplata collection a couple of months ago and is to be restored to flying. The owner also has a very nice world class P-51D that has won all the awards at Oshkosh a few years ago. Sorry, but I don't have his name.
