tool kit - screwdriver

Is this a screwdriver from an aircraft toolkit?
I have been looking through the special tools in the various manuals but can't see this one.
It is similar to the armorers tool but with the body of a screwdriver.
It is like a brace with a rotating head. It came from Normandy. The top is aluminium and the shaft steel.
Marked with 3P and 1M 357.
