Is that the one right after 114 S 4901-22?

Perhaps a little bit more of a clue?

The type should identifiable from the first digits, like 212-** or 205-*** are Bell helicopters.

I usually consult with this list first: https://www.aviationarchaeology.com/src/partmanu.htm

This would indicate that it is a part from a CH-47 Chinook (Boeing Vertol Model 114). Having a letter following '114' fits the bill too.
