a Caribou can get in and off in 600' at sea level if there isn't any obstacles.

For sure the plane is RAAF. Probably one of their demos or exercises. They did some pretty funk stuff with their -4’s. Sean

Curious, are there any Caribous still active/flying? Other than the few that PEN Turbo has converted?

That's Langley Park in Perth. It's 300' x 3000' so not exactly a challenge for a Caribou!
Periodically, there are general aviation fly-ins at the park.

So the best I can tell, there are no Caribous in commercial service other than museum birds and a couple of Turbo Conversions? Sad to see.....

I can't tell you about commercial service, but there is one in service on the North side of Atlanta. IIRC, it is based at McCollum. I saw it shooting T&G's at Calhoun, GA a few months back.

The Cavanaugh example at Addison last October. It was due to be flown back to their other location within a few days.
