Re: Hagerstown Aviation Museum gets C-123B

I just saw this plane at Fort Lauderdale Executive, FXE two weeks ago. It's been stored outside there for years.
In November they were working on it and I think the engines were removed at that time and two weeks ago the wings were off. I didn't have time to walk down and get any photos this year but here's one from a few years ago.

The FB link in the first post currently shows pictures of the Florida C-123 en route to and arriving in Hagerstown. The plane had been "almost ready" to fly home for years, but issues always popped up. Now it's finally a resource for the museum and can also serve as a source of spares for "Ponderous Polly".
