PB4Y-2 N3191G was it ever recovered?

So back on 7/27/1970 PB4Y-2Bu#89754 N3191G Tanker 85operated by Rosenbalm Aviation ditched in Diamond Lake Oregon, was this aircraft ever recovered and does anyone have any photo of the aircraft?

The plane went down due to fuel starvation and the deepest part of the lake is only 52.5 ft deep with an average of 24 for most of the lake.

I recall reading years ago that there was a pby catalina that went down for a water scoop and sank, no fatalities and I heard it was never recoverd?? somewhere up there in the cold north, cant recall if it was stateside or canadian....bet there still is a few good finds to locate up there sitting on lake bottoms yet?

I never had the pleasure of meeting WIX Gary, but I didn't think he would have been old enough to be a pilot in 1970.
