LSFM's Thunderbird in French Service.

Found this picture poking around on the internet. Obviously taken shortly after purchase by the IGN as you can still see the USAAF Serial number on the tail and also the French F-BEEC. Still has the top turret which was later removed. What I am wanting to know is where this picture was taken. Note the "American" on the building and a Lockheed Constellation tail near that building.
