Chofu Airfield Surviving WWII Hangar #3

Hello,
While researching further Tokyo WWII locations to visit, I learned that of the existence of a 3rd preserved hangar near Chofu airfield. This one is in a neighborhood and is much better preserved than the others. I also attempted to measure the height by using the iOS measure app.

The green rectangular area next to the runways is the old Kanto Mura USAF base housing area. The stadium is where my High School was located. We had heard there were WWII hangers around, but never found them. Looks like #1 and #2 are between the housing area and ASIJ (the American School In Japan).

That's neat that the area is a former stomping ground for you!
Regarding the height, I imagine that the floor was dug out a bit deeper than it is now. I can't really tell from the photo of the kids playing baseball postwar what the depth was prior to preservation.
