Is there a set schedule for flight times that is public, or can anyone comment on what time they normally fly?

Today they started about 9:30AM and went to about 12:30. Then again in the afternoon from about 2:00PM to about 5:30PM. That is about normal for most years. The first day is usually pairs and then flights of 4 later in the week.
