Type D-1 mooring kit

There is a member that I spoke with last year about a D-1 kit who is in Canada, I've lost all the contact information (including name). You offered to bring it to Osh Kosh but I was unable to go last year. Hopefully he'll see this or someone else knows who I'm speaking of and will put us in contact. It's a long shot but worth a try
